Job Description
The Representative performs many different duties at Cedar Gill including customer service, upselling products and services, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing sales support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers as they enter.
- Answer customer questions regarding products and services.
- Manage the company events, tradeshows, and retail partners effectively.
- Maintain customer information and confidential documents.
- Assist sales team with new product launches and promotions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required
- One to three years of customer service experience
- Quick learner ready to assist on new projects
